16th Annual From The Heart Golf Classic Schedule of Events

FROM THE HEART 4 PERSON SCRAMBLE - RULES OF PLAY

Each group competes as a TEAM for the LOWEST TEAM SCORE for the 18 holes.

1. Play begins with each member of the group hitting their tee shot.

2. With the agreement of the members of the group, the team captain decides which drive is most desirable. Members pick up the balls not selected and proceed to the spot of the selected drive, from which they will hit their second shots.

3. The better of the second shots is then chosen. This pattern continues for all shots including putts. Team members may shoot each shot in any order.

4. This procedure continues until the ball is in the hole or play is stopped by course officials.

5. NO ERASER PENCILS ALLOWED ON COURSE.

OTHER RULES

1. Place balls within 12’’ of original ball.

2. In placing the ball, you may not change the condition of the shot. If the ball is in a hazard or rough, all members must play from the hazard or rough.

3. On the putting green, give each person a chance to putt. Do NOT hole out a short putt if you missed your first putt. The number of strokes to put the first ball in the cup must be counted. Mark your ball and wait for each golfer to finish putting before continuing on to another putt.

4. If playing with a threesome, each member of the threesome may, on a rotating basis, putt or hit an extra shot to compensate for the missing fourth person.

5. Purchased mulligans can be used at any time -- however only your first shot counts for hole-in-one or other contest prizes. Mulligans cannot be used to win a skin or other prizes.

But the most important rule of all is... HAVE A GREAT, FUN-FILLED DAY!

CONTEST INFORMATION

1. Hole in One Contests -- At Par 3 Holes

• Each golfer’s first shot counts -- Mulligans cannot be used to win prizes
• Mercedes and Lincoln Prizes -- Lease of Vehicle
• Outback Steakhouse “Circle Shot” -- Certificates Awarded To Winners By Outback Steakhouse

2. Unlimited Mulligans may be purchased during Registration for $5 Each Mulligans purchased on the course will be $10 each

3. “Flagging Tape” may be purchased at $5 per foot to save strokes; tape cannot be used to win a skin or prizes.

4. Skins Game -- 50% of Skins Money collected will be awarded for prizes

5. Putting Contest -- At The Turn

• Each Team Member who pays $5 will have the opportunity to putt
• One person from each team will win the opportunity to go to the playoff after finishing their round of golf
• The Final Winner will receive 50% of the money collected for the contest
